Our Strategic Plan Process

ECDC has consistently delivered essential services to the community, successfully fulfilling our mission and upholding high standards of client care. This year, our primary objective is to enhance access to mental health services in response to the growing needs within our area. The information collected was analyzed by the leadership and used to determine the current performance improvement plan and to update the strategic plan, which is also inherently linked to all other forward-reaching plans, to include our accessibility plan, program plans, technology plan, corporate compliance plan, and financial plans.

Our 2025 Strategic Plan positions ECDC to meet escalating mental health needs by expanding capacity, enhancing access, optimizing operations, and strengthening our workforce and community ties. Grounded in 2024 data and the 2025 Performance Improvement Plan, it balances financial realities with ambitious goals, ensuring adaptability through annual reviews.
